The Aegean sea is my favourite: not only because of the delight of sailing its crystal clear blue waters, but because of the rich history which reveals itself on each and every part of its enchanted islands and coast lines.

During 14 years of cruises I have visited almost each one of the Greek Islands and Turkish bays, I know the most welcoming marinas and harbours, I have worked with both Greeks and Turks in their shipyards.

I know how to sail safely, I know the Meltemi in Summer and the Sirocco in winter; I know the shelters from the bad weather and those last bays still lost in time, which remain untouched by tourism.
